Not as many properties coming onto the market as usual at this time of year. Supply is down 21% over this time last year.

Not as many contracts are being signed. Weekly contracts are down according to research by Urban Digs.

 There is a general re-setting of the market to a lower level of activity, both from buyers and sellers.

 However, deal volume usually goes up during October, so we must wait and see.

It is definitely a buying opportunity but there is still not much choice as sellers are adopting a wait and see approach.
